Jakarta – New Australian Embassy Complex

WT  Partnership is pleased to announce it has been awarded the quantity surveying role for the new  Australian Embassy Complex, situated in South Jakarta.

The project was awarded  by the Australian  Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT).  

The Australian Embassy Complex comprises Chancery, Head of Mission Residence, Residential Apartments, Recreational Facilities, Medical Centre  and basement parking. The total gross floor area is approximately 45,000m2.  

WT Partnership will provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying services. Construction is anticipated to commence in the second half of 2011 with project completion  scheduled later in 2014.

When complete the new embassy will be one of  Australia's largest overseas  missions.

The award of this commission to WT Partnership strengthens our close working relationship with DFAT in Asia and our position as a leading Quantity Surveying practice in Indonesia.

Our permanent Jakarta office continues to service projects across the Indonesian archipelago including the islands of Sumatra, Sulawesi, West  Papua, Kalimantan, Bali, Lombokand Nusa Tenggara Timur as well as Greater Jakarta and Java.
