SydneyThe Sydney office of WT Partnership (WTP) acts as the Australasian regional head office for the group and at a local level provides cost management and related consulting services throughout the State of NSW.
Opening originally in July 1961 at Berry Street, North Sydney as the practice expanded the office relocated to the current location at Northpoint Building Miller Street, North Sydney in 1978. WT Partnership Sydney provided Cost Planning and Quantity Surveying Services for approximately 4 million square meters of new construction in the 1980's, including projects such as Darling Harbour Convention Centre/ Exhibition Centre/ National Maritime Museum and Aquarium, Gateway Plaza at Circular Quay, John Hunter Teaching Hospital and the Hotel Inter-Continental.
The success continued through the 1990's and 2000's with projects such as Stadium Australia and Walsh Bay Redevelopment, residential developments such as Quay Grand Circular Quay, Elan and Horizon Apartments, Darlinghurst; commercial buildings such as Grosvenor Place, Governor Phillip and Governor Macquarie Towers.
The Sydney office maintains it's position as a leading cost management consultant by servicing a broad array of clients, across all market sectors, including major commerical developments and financial institutions. |
